Team
One team, one shared memory
Invite teammates by email. Each member has private memory; owners curate a shared team layer every member's recall draws from. Each member gets their own login and API key.
Invites
Owners invite members by email from the Team page in the dashboard. Once a member joins, they sign in with their own login and get their own API key — credentials are never shared between members.
Private memory, shared knowledge
Every member's memory is private to their login. The only shared layer is Company knowledge— owners and admins curate it, and everything in it becomes part of every member's recall. See the memory model for how the two layers fit together.
Seats and roles
Multi-seat plans include a set number of seats; the Team page shows seats used against the cap, and owners can add seats from there. Roles split the console in two:
- Owner — invites and removes members, curates the shared Company-knowledge layer, sees team and per-member usage, and manages billing.
- Member— has private memory and a read-only view of Company knowledge; usage is included in the team's plan.
